1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the games covered by these terms, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the games. Minors should use the games only with consent and guidance from a parent or guardian.
2. License
Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the games for personal entertainment on your device. Unless permitted by law or agreed by us in writing, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the games.
3. Rules of Use
You agree not to:
- use exploits, cheats, bots, automation, or other methods that harm fair play;
- interfere with game servers, networks, leaderboards, payment systems, security systems, or related infrastructure;
- upload, transmit, or generate unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, harassing, hateful, sexual, or otherwise harmful content;
- impersonate others or violate another person's privacy, intellectual property, or other rights;
- violate applicable laws, app store rules, or platform terms.
4. Ads, Purchases, and Subscriptions
The games may show ads through Google AdMob. Unless a specific app store listing or in-game purchase screen clearly states otherwise, the games currently do not offer in-app purchases or subscriptions.
If a game later offers in-app purchases, subscriptions, or other paid content, those transactions will typically be handled by the relevant app store or payment platform. Refunds, cancellations, taxes, and billing questions are handled according to the rules of the applicable platform. We do not control third-party ads, but we try to maintain a safe and appropriate user experience.
5. Third-Party Services
The games may rely on app stores, operating systems, cloud services, advertising networks, analytics tools, crash reporting tools, leaderboards, or other third-party services. These services may have their own terms and privacy policies, and your use of those services is also subject to the applicable third-party rules.
The games may use Google AdMob, Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics, and the app store or operating system services through which you access the games. Third-party services operate under their own terms and policies, including the Google Privacy Policy, Google AdMob policies, and Firebase privacy and security information.
6. Intellectual Property
The games and their code, graphics, interface, level design, audio, text, trademarks, and other content are owned by us or the relevant rights holders. Except for the license expressly granted in these terms, no rights are transferred to you.
7. Updates, Changes, and Termination
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue some or all game features from time to time. We may also limit or terminate use that violates these terms for security, compliance, operational, or technical reasons. You may stop using and uninstall the games at any time.
8. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the games are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the games will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or meet all of your expectations. Puzzle, entertainment, or training content in the games does not constitute medical, educational, financial, legal, or other professional advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the games. Where applicable law does not allow certain exclusions or limitations, this section applies only to the extent permitted by law.
10. Governing Rules and Disputes
These terms should be interpreted and applied in a way that respects mandatory consumer protection laws in your location, applicable app store rules, and any law that applies to the operator. If a dispute arises from these terms or the games, both sides should first try to resolve it informally.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the games means you accept the updated terms.
